Booking is simple. A 50% deposit locks in your date, with the rest due 48 hours before you sail. You can pay via card, bank transfer, or online link. Your voucher will list everything clearly. Cancellations are free up to 48 hours in advance. VAT is applied as per local laws. If bad weather stops us from sailing, we'll reschedule or refund you immediately.

2. Customize & Pay Deposit

Add any extras like food, decor, or water sports. Once you're happy with the plan, we'll send a secure link for a 50% deposit. This locks in your booking. We'll also let you know what IDs are needed for the passenger list.

3. Arrive & Enjoy

You'll get a voucher with all the details, including the route and rules. 24 hours before the trip, we send the exact location pin and captain's number. Just show up 10–15 minutes early, hop on board, and have a great time.

If conditions are deemed unsafe, we will either reschedule your booking for free within a year or refund your deposit in full. For minor weather issues, the captain might adjust the route to calmer waters.

Absolutely, you can bring your own snacks and meals. Alcohol is allowed on board, provided you follow UAE laws; just remember that public intoxication is prohibited. We supply ice and coolers. Please avoid red wine to prevent deck stains. If you prefer, we can organize catering for you.
