The price you see is comprehensive. It includes the boat rental, a fully licensed captain and crew, fuel for standard cruising, plus ice, water, and soft drinks. We also provide towels and a sound system. The only extra is the mandatory 5% VAT. Things like food or jet skis are optional add-ons.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring whatever food or beverages you like, including alcohol if your guests are over 21. The crew is happy to help serve, and many boats have electric grills. If you'd rather not cook, we can organize catering for you.

Yes, swimming is a popular part of the experience. We stop at safe, designated spots during daylight hours, weather permitting. The captain makes the final call based on sea conditions. Life jackets are on board for everyone.

Safety is our priority. If the Coast Guard or authorities declare conditions unsafe, we will contact you immediately to reschedule. There is no charge for this. If we cannot find a suitable new date, you get your deposit back in full.

You can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before your booking. Between 24 and 48 hours, there is a 50% charge. Anything within 24 hours is non-refundable. If you just need to shift the time slightly, message us on WhatsApp and we'll try to make it work.

Yes, this is a strict Coast Guard requirement. Every passenger needs a valid ID. Residents should bring their Emirates ID, while tourists need a passport. Usually, a clear photo on your phone works fine, but having the physical document is safer.
