Securing your yacht is easy. We ask for a 50% deposit upfront via card or bank transfer, with the rest payable 24 hours before you sail. A standard 5% VAT applies. Keep in mind that peak times like New Year's Eve might have higher rates, but we will always tell you before you book. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours prior.

Yes, for a standard trip, the price is final. It pays for the yacht, the captain, deck crew, fuel, ice, water, and insurance. We also cover port fees. You only pay extra if you specifically ask for add-ons like food catering, specific decorations, or jet skis.

Absolutely. You can bring your own drinks, including alcohol, as long as you follow UAE laws. Feel free to bring snacks too. However, for safety reasons, we don't allow guests to cook or BBQ on board themselves; our chef can handle that if you book a catering package.

Safety comes first. If the Coast Guard warns against sailing, we'll let you know right away. You can either pick a new date within the next 6 months at no extra cost or get your deposit back in full. It's your choice.

We own the fleet, so we guarantee it. The booking voucher shows the exact model and photos of the boat you'll get. If a mechanical issue ever pops up, we'll call you to offer a free upgrade to a better yacht, but only if you agree to it.
