About Zephyra Charter Operations

Zephyra operates private charters directly without third-party intermediaries. Every booking includes a fully licensed captain and professional crew, along with fuel, insurance, life jackets, towels, soft drinks, and ice. Guests can bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol, without paying corkage fees. Additional services, such as specialized catering, BBQ menus, water sports, event decorations, and transfers, are organized upon request before departure. If weather conditions prevent sailing on the scheduled day, guests select either an alternative date or a full refund.

The fleet consists of 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 feet to 164 feet in length. Guest capacity accommodates small groups up to 90 guests on the largest vessels. Charter prices start at 600 AED per hour and reach 18,900 AED per hour depending on the selected vessel size and options. Bookings require a 30 percent deposit to confirm the date and time slot, with a minimum duration of 2 hours per trip.

Communication with guests takes place entirely through WhatsApp, where our team replies within 15 minutes during operating hours from 9:00 to 23:00 GST daily. We handle trip planning, route details, and custom additions directly in the chat. On request, we supply water sports gear such as jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, and Seabobs, alongside fishing tackle, live DJs, photographers, and audio-visual equipment.

All charter departures take place from two primary locations: Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. The exact boarding pontoon and arrival instructions are sent directly to the guest via WhatsApp prior to the trip. No passport or physical ID is required to board the vessel. Guests can arrive directly at the designated slipway where the crew prepares the boat for immediate departure at the scheduled time.
